📋 Description

• Provide back-end support to multiple internal Allstate Health Solutions sales teams • Serve as the point person for internal sales-team sales-marketing questions and escalations • Educate agencies through sales-marketing campaigns on available resources and standard tasks • Develop resolution paths to support agencies through changes, transitions, and training • Communicate findings and improvement opportunities to Field Leadership • Maintain relationships with Field Sales Leaders and assist with agency growth and improvement • Coordinate marketing activities, carrier-focused messages, meetings, conferences, and webinars across eight territories • Collaborate with Project Management on product, footprint, bonus, technology, compensation, and other changes • Maintain and improve the agency database with the HubSpot owner • Perform territory reviews, document feedback, and identify staffing gaps or disenchantment • Establish a national marketing plan and integrate carrier messages into the agency and agent base • Analyze high-value messages and deploy them through A/B testing • Develop a marketing calendar optimized for messaging levels and deliverability across approximately 85,000 agents • Coordinate agency, carrier, and contact-center events, approximately 8–10 per year • Plan budgets, locations, hotels, and logistics for meetings and events • Attend events on-site to ensure smooth operations and manage participant logistics

🎯 Requirements

• Background investigation required for selected candidate(s) • Ability to provide back-end support to multiple internal sales teams • Ability to answer and escalate standard sales-marketing questions • Ability to manage sales-marketing projects and email marketing campaigns • Ability to coordinate meetings, conferences, webinars, and events • Ability to collaborate with Field Sales Leaders, carrier Project Management, and HubSpot stakeholders • Ability to analyze marketing messages and conduct A/B testing • Ability to plan budgets, select event locations and hotels, and manage event logistics • Ability to attend events on-site, including approximately 8–10 events annually • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
