📋 Description

• Lead defined workstreams within healthcare strategy and transformation engagements, owning day-to-day execution, analytic outputs, and storyline development. • Translate ambiguous client needs into structured problem solving, including problem framing, hypothesis development, workplan design, execution, and risk/issue escalation. • Apply commercial payer/provider expertise to federal health challenges involving reimbursement, payment structures, and policy-driven incentives. • Perform and guide quantitative and qualitative analysis, turning findings into decision-ready implications. • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint deliverables and concise written recommendations. • Map current-state operations, identify pain points, design target-state processes and operating models, and define governance and metrics. • Plan and lead stakeholder working sessions, interviews, and workshops. • Coach and mentor junior staff through delegation, quality review, and actionable feedback. • Contribute to internal capability building, thought leadership, templates, accelerators, and proposal/capture efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience in consulting and/or healthcare industry roles • Demonstrated experience in healthcare strategy and/or transformation • Exposure to payer/provider, operating models, or performance improvement • Strong understanding of commercial payer/provider environments, reimbursement/payment fundamentals, and policy/payment effects on outcomes • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data • Advanced Excel proficiency • Ability to lead workstreams, build client-ready deliverables, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • US citizenship required • Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%
