📋 Description

• Plan and execute internal and external events supporting Allstate’s brand, business priorities, and reputation • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams or lead event workstreams • Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure events are on schedule and meet objectives • Contribute to event strategies and design engaging, customer-focused experiences • Manage event registration processes, registration sites, attendee communications, and reporting • Oversee mobile applications and event technology platforms for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events • Manage vendor billing and invoices; track receipts, expenses, financial documentation, and reconciliation • Use event management systems, registration platforms, mobile applications, and other event technologies • Use attendee data, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements • Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors • Support on-site or virtual event execution and conduct post-event evaluations • Apply learnings to improve processes, technology usage, and event effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Occasional international travel required • Valid passport required for international travel, or ability to obtain one upon hire • Background investigation required • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating required • Reliable internet required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
