📋 Description

• Execute the assessment of risks and controls for Agency Compensation processes, both existing and in development • Assist in achieving business objectives with guidance from the Financial Controls Manager and other leaders • Coordinate with IT and Business partners to ensure risks are adequately mitigated via effective and cost-efficient controls • Serve as an advisor to Business Unit leaders and stakeholders regarding internal controls, processes, and procedures • Lead data analysis on Compensation programs and/or Producer counts, and assist with ad hoc data analysis projects • Ensure key agency compensation processes and associated controls documentation are up-to-date and accurate • Oversee and manage assigned agency/field compensation and/or governance programs in a timely and accurate manner • Partner with Management on key initiatives and projects, providing insights into risks, impacts, challenges, and opportunities • Collaborate on the design, building, and execution of processes and reporting platforms for compensation and recognition programs • Communicate and consult with the Allstate Personal Lines SOX Coordinator on SOX controls as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Experience or skills in Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Financial Analysis, Process Improvements, and Reporting • Successful completion of a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Valid Photo Identification available at the start of a virtual interview
