📋 Description

• Responsible for supervising field operations across a designated geographic area. • Lead enterprise efforts to identify, manage, and mitigate Extra-Contractual Obligation (ECO) exposure. • Oversee high-severity and litigated claim portfolios. • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and translate insights into actionable field guidance. • Establish strong governance routines to ensure adherence to claim handling best practices. • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. • Mentor and develop field managers and staff. • Strategically lead field operations to enhance efficiency and profitability. • Analyze regional market trends and competitor strategies. • Build and maintain relationships with key community leaders. • Drive regional growth initiatives. • Manage regional budgets and financial forecasts. • Collaborate with other senior leaders to integrate field operations with corporate strategies.
