📋 Description

• Establish and lead Client Legal Services end-to-end process architecture • Manage process inventory and ownership model • Establish enterprise standards for process documentation • Drive operating model redesign, process simplification, and elimination of non-value-added work • Lead Client Legal Services quality assurance and quality control framework, testing, file reviews, reinspection, calibration, and audit routines • Analyze testing results and communicate findings, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Mitigate operational risk while pursuing cost savings through quality testing, controls, and escalation pathways • Lead process redesign initiatives to improve workflow consistency, service delivery, quality outcomes, cycle time, operational efficiency, and customer experience • Evaluate workflows, procedures, controls, handoffs, and role accountabilities • Facilitate future-state design sessions with attorneys, support staff, leadership, Legal Operations, ATS, Claims, and other stakeholders • Develop and support implementation of standard operating procedures, quality controls, process documentation, training materials, and governance routines • Partner with project and portfolio management resources to prioritize, sequence, implement, and measure redesign work • Develop quality metrics, operational scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting routines • Identify systemic issues and recommend practical improvement plans using data, file review findings, calibration outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and operational trends • Develop leadership-ready summaries covering quality findings, root causes, recommended actions, risks, and expected operational impact • Measure effectiveness of quality assurance programs, process redesign initiatives, corrective actions, and operational improvements • Provide input into service level agreements, vendor discussions, statements of work, and RFP development where applicable • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop employees and managers • Set expectations for quality, accountability, stakeholder partnership, legal judgment, operational discipline, and practical problem solving • Serve as a licensed attorney leader and trusted advisor to Client Legal Services Legal Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor required • Active law license in good standing required • 10+ years of experience in legal practice, claims legal services, legal operations, quality assurance, process redesign, audit, operational excellence, or related disciplines • Must submit to a background investigation • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, with appropriate desk and seating • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
