📋 Description

• Lead the Project/Program Management team on the Claims Strategy team • Capture work activities, prioritize initiatives, track progress, allocate resources, and report on key priorities and projects/programs • Oversee budgets and fiscal responsibilities • Provide input on staffing, talent development, performance management, and succession planning • Lead direct reports and support functional-area leaders in achieving business and corporate goals • Influence department goals, strategy, and culture/work environment • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and partner across areas of responsibility and business units • Assign projects based on staff experience and ability; monitor progress and provide guidance and coaching • Evaluate strategic initiatives, including cost-benefit and resource analysis • Ensure projects follow plans and timelines, meet targets and expectations, and adhere to operating parameters • Negotiate changes in project resources, scope, and prioritization to achieve objectives and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Program Management Office (PMO) experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving strategic business outcomes • Extensive claims experience with a strong understanding of claims operations, processes, and organizational priorities • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, build strong partnerships, and lead teams through change • Experience supporting the operational and/or delivery side of claims, including process improvement, execution, and performance management • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Background investigation required • Generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
