📋 Description

• Lead due diligence and master/campus planning for assigned data center portfolios • Lead program-level planning across multiple buildings and phases • Oversee engineering firms and general contractors through planning, design, mobilization, construction, punch list, and turnover • Provide constructability input on electrical and mechanical designs • Guide clients on critical data center infrastructure strategies and design tradeoffs • Monitor construction progress and prepare executive updates on metrics, schedules, constraints, risks, and issues • Drive utility engagement and infrastructure upgrades • Lead IMS coordination and develop schedule recovery strategies • Reinforce safety ownership and adherence to company safety policies • Serve as lead client contact and build trust through consistent performance and transparency • Coordinate disciplines for project integration and handoff to operations • Drive alignment across internal and external leadership teams • Lead executive-level reporting and presentations • Manage portfolio budgets and cost control • Review and approve vendor and client invoices, including via Procore • Review change orders and mitigate financial risk • Review cost forecasting with Project Controls • Contribute to construction process, safety, and efficiency improvements • Incorporate lessons learned • Coach and mentor direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent data center experience, required • 4+ years Project Management experience, required • Data center development and/or data center construction experience, required • Substation design experience, preferred
