📋 Description

• Independently define the Product Operations roadmap, including vision, priorities, and success metrics • Own execution roadmaps for key cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch • Facilitate alignment and communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success • Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI-assisted planning, coding, research, automation, and modern product development tools • Design and continuously improve intake, triage, roadmap, sprint, documentation, and product operating processes • Synthesize product usage data, clinical and operational metrics, and patient/customer feedback into actionable recommendations • Deliver program health readouts and roadmap updates to executive leadership • Identify, assess, and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies • Serve as a trusted Product partner and point of contact for Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, product operations, or a related discipline within a fast-paced software or digital health environment • Demonstrated ability to operate highly independently and build a roadmap, process, or operating model from scratch • Fluency with modern product development tools and genuine enthusiasm for AI-forward workflows, including AI-assisted planning, coding, and research tools, Linear, and Figma • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret product, engineering, and operational data • Outstanding cross-functional communication and influence, with ability to align stakeholders from individual contributors to executives without direct authority • Experience in digital health, healthcare operations, or another regulated/clinical environment is a strong plus • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus
