📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical program(s) • Manage programs according to scope of work, procedures, and contracted budget • Manage client relationships and build rapport • Manage day-to-day program operations and supervise assigned staff • Drive team and team-member performance responsibilities • Monitor and report program statistics and performance metrics • Escalate issues that jeopardize contracted standards • Prioritize and manage personal and team schedules • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders • Contribute to client reports and other deliverables • Present program data, information, and insights to internal and external customers • Participate in process and performance improvement initiatives • Mobilize stakeholders for program design, improvements, and changes • Attend related meetings and conferences as required • Participate in interviewing, employee evaluation, and training • Provide verbal and written performance feedback • Complete training deadlines for policies governing confidential data • Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs • Assist with requirements identification, specifications development, and User Acceptance Testing • Perform additional assigned tasks or projects • Report to the Market Access Program Director within HUB Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience • 4-6 years of experience working in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services • Experience managing a team of Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar role • Experience reporting on HUB metrics and communicating trends to clients • Demonstrated successful leadership experience • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet experience • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong technical aptitude and experience working in various CRM software platforms • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred
