📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day and long-term operations of the communications department, including planning, timelines, and program tracking • Build and maintain scalable processes and systems as the department grows • Track budgets, deliverables, and deadlines across active PR and communications programs • Partner with Marketing, Fleet, and Distribution teams to align communications programs with business priorities • Collaborate with Program Management, Design, and Engineering to integrate communications and PR needs into product and program timelines • Serve as a key contact for cross-functional partners on communications planning and status • Work with the internal fleet team to prepare vehicles for events and media activations • Coordinate timelines and requirements between communications and fleet operations • Track vehicle and asset readiness against event and campaign calendars • Identify opportunities for Slate at events, in media, and through partnerships • Recommend opportunities to leadership and monitor the industry and competitive landscape • Maintain coordinated, documented, and timely workstreams, records, timelines, and status updates • Anticipate risks and proactively resolve conflicts • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in program management, communications, or PR • Track record of running programs independently • Proficiency in Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Suite and project management software • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships • Comfort working across scheduling, tracking, and communications tools • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Self-starter who identifies opportunities and brings ideas forward • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • History of managing communications operations at a growing or fast-paced company • History of cross-functional wins • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Visa sponsorship is not available
