📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Strive Pharmacy’s highest-priority, cross-departmental programs and projects • Manage programs spanning multiple departments, subject-matter areas, teams, priorities, and working styles • Partner with executive sponsors, project managers, and stakeholders to define scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and resource plans • Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively • Deliver executive-level reporting on program status, timeline, budget, risks, and outcomes • Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to expected scope and quality standards • Provide overflow project and program management support to the PMO during peak demand or capacity constraints • Collaborate with the PMO team to maintain consistent methodologies, tools, and reporting standards • Facilitate governance activities, including steering committee updates, stage-gate reviews, and program status meetings • Drive accountability across cross-functional project teams and track roles, responsibilities, and deliverables • Identify process improvements and contribute to Enterprise PMO practices and standards • Manage change, scope, risk assessments, and communications as priorities and requirements evolve • Provide executive-level reporting to key organizational stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 8+ years of experience in project and program management, including managing complex, cross-departmental programs • Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level reporting and communicating effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and programs spanning different departments, subject-matter areas, and levels of complexity • Strong track record of delivering programs on time, on budget, and to expected scope and quality • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with sound judgment in ambiguous or evolving situations • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly, including taking on overflow work as departmental PMO priorities and capacity shift • Preferred: Experience using Asana or similar project/program management software • Preferred: A project or program management certification, such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar • Preferred: Experience working within a healthcare, pharmacy, or highly regulated industry • Preferred: Experience operating within, or alongside, a formal PMO structure
