📋 Description

• Own the overall success, health, and forward momentum of Abridge's federal healthcare program • Align product, clinical, commercial, engineering, legal, and government affairs teams around strategy and goals • Design and run the federal program operating cadence, including weekly cross-functional syncs, dependency tracking, quarterly planning, and executive reporting • Maintain the single source of truth for strategy, delivery status, outcomes, and goals • Translate program status into clear, action-oriented communications for internal leadership and federal stakeholders • Establish ownership, track delivery against milestones, and hold teams accountable • Lead escalations and quarterback cross-functional problem-solving • Serve as the primary voice of the federal program to executive leadership • Report on program health, strategic progress, risks, and outcomes • Escalate decisions, blockers, and resource needs with context and recommendations • Build and maintain relationships with federal stakeholders across program offices and clinical leadership • Translate customer needs into internal priorities and ensure delivery on commitments • Partner with the federal commercial team on account strategy and renewal • Lead relationships with teaming partners and ensure effective service delivery • Coordinate across product, commercial, sales, clinical success, legal, and government affairs • Identify misaligned or under-resourced workstreams and drive resolution • Support and unblock innovation efforts addressing complex federal healthcare challenges • Build scalable program management tooling, templates, BI dashboards, playbooks, intake processes, status-reporting frameworks, and onboarding infrastructure • Leverage business intelligence tools and data capabilities to drive insight and action

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program or operations leadership • Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder programs • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare organizations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to drive alignment across diverse cross-functional teams and hold teams accountable to shared goals and outcomes • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex software solutions • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach • Strong judgment about when to escalate, decide, and align • Comfort with ambiguity • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Proven record of achieving shared outcomes • Genuine belief in the mission that AI can improve clinicians' and patients' lives • Healthcare or federal experience preferred but not required
