📋 Description

• Oversee delivery of a set of interrelated projects through an integrated program approach • Manage the program office team and functional leaders, including Project Managers • Provide collaborative management and direction to individual projects • Manage programs with moderate to high regulatory oversight and risk profiles • Oversee consolidated program financials and benefits realization analysis • Manage the overall program budget • Lead delivery of Tier 2 programs with moderately high to high complexity • Occasionally lead Tier 1 programs • Directly manage Project Managers, Business Analysts and/or Specialized Resources • Develop talent needs and capabilities for long-term unit goals • Provide strategic guidance to business and functional leaders • Manage escalated regulatory and governance-related program issues • Guide cross-functional teams through complex organizational change

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Project Management Certification required • 10+ years relevant experience • Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management • Exposure to financial management for tracking, forecasting and managing project budgets • Effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills • Strong facilitation skills • Commitment to team skills development and ability to attract top talent • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners • Ability to think strategically and possess strong business acumen • Experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex change from concept to execution • Strong leadership skills • Treasury and Finance experience strongly preferred
