📋 Description

• Direct and oversee all program activities, personnel, tasks, deliverables, schedules, and performance requirements • Develop, maintain, and update the Program Management Plan, project schedules, staffing plans, quality controls, and risk-management strategies • Manage personnel assigned to routine FOIA cases, appeals, litigation, and specialized program support • Monitor workload, productivity, quality, budgets, and government priorities • Lead biweekly project status meetings and participate in kick-off, ad hoc, and stakeholder meetings • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, weekly and monthly progress reports, financial reports, annual reports, and transition plans • Identify project risks, performance concerns, resource constraints, and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions • Ensure FOIA work products comply with applicable laws, policies, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements • Coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative, FOIA leadership, program offices, regional locations, legal personnel, and contractor staff • Recommend process and system improvements that increase the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of FOIA case processing • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field • 8+ years of experience in a leadership position directing project teams • Demonstrated experience integrating project management, quality management, performance management, and risk and issue management • Demonstrated expertise managing federal FOIA programs or similarly complex federal information-management programs • Strong knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and applicable federal disclosure requirements • Experience managing budgets, staffing, schedules, deliverables, performance metrics, and subcontractor activities • Excellent written communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills • Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
