📋 Description

• Translate client priorities into scoped initiatives, owners, timelines, risks, and next steps across Client Engagement, Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders • Own client-facing operating plans from kickoff and scoping through launch, adoption, and long-term success • Manage dependencies, decision points, launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, and rollout details • Create intake, tracking, status, and escalation rhythms for carrier work • Surface timeline, scope, and dependency risks; frame options and support decision-making • Translate carrier feedback and concerns into internal action • Explain Product and Engineering constraints to clients in clear, confidence-building terms • Identify patterns across client work and turn them into improved processes, product improvements, or scalable client programs • Manage RAID logs, dependency mapping, launch plans, follow-ups, status reporting, and critical path management • Build status updates, trackers, launch plans, and decision logs • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI tools to draft plans, synthesize feedback, maintain documentation, and identify risks • Help scale Client Engagement's operating model for commitments, launches, escalations, and cross-functional work

🎯 Requirements

• Deep program management experience leading complex, cross-functional work with stakeholder pressure, shifting timelines, ambiguous requirements, and external customers • Client-facing experience with rigorous internal follow-through • Ability to understand product and engineering constraints without necessarily writing code • Ability to create structure amid ambiguity and operate without perfect clarity • Ability to balance urgency with discipline using owners, dates, risks, dependencies, decisions, and follow-up • Ability to lead through influence • Ability to quickly learn claims workflows, carrier operations, product behavior, and client contexts • P&C insurance industry experience is a strong plus but not required • PMP or an adjacent certification is required in the application form
