📋 Description

• Oversee program management systems and tools, partnering with Finance, Account Management, and Sales to resolve data discrepancies • Partner with Account Services on recurring revenue reporting cycles, ensuring accurate and timely visibility into new business, cancellations, and revenue shifts • Analyze operational systems and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities • Implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and improve operational performance • Develop and document operational playbooks, SOPs, and templates • Train cross-functional teams on process adoption and adherence • Facilitate change management across departments and drive adoption of new processes and tools • Monitor revenue risk and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders • Partner with Finance on monthly billing reconciliation to ensure revenue is accurately reflected across systems • Deliver regular reporting on program health, status, risks, and key milestones • Lead issue mitigation planning and root-cause analysis for escalations • Facilitate retrospectives and share results with relevant stakeholders • Identify opportunities to improve processes and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or PMO leadership • Proven experience delivering strategic projects and programs, ideally within an advertising or agency environment • Advanced reporting and program-level financial management skills • Strong familiarity with RFPs and rate cards • Ability to advise on complex estimates and timelines quickly, even with limited information • Advanced risk management and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead high-complexity, high-visibility projects and mentor others through ambiguity • Strong team-building skills and ability to form strategic cross-functional partnerships • Familiarity with SalesForce, Monday.com, or similar tools is a plus
