📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end administration, governance, and strategic evolution of the Management Equity Program • Own the full lifecycle of equity programs, including grant planning, allocation modeling, issuance, and ongoing administration • Ensure accurate, consistent, timely, and error-free grant execution aligned with private equity sponsor expectations • Serve as primary relationship owner for Equity Shift • Oversee system configuration, data integrity, reporting outputs, and vendor service delivery • Establish and monitor SLAs and performance standards • Lead development, tracking, and governance of equity documentation • Maintain a centralized repository with version control and audit readiness • Partner with external legal counsel on plan interpretation and documentation • Ensure compliance with plan rules, regulatory requirements, and equity practices • Support executive compensation governance, documentation, approvals, and audit readiness • Translate complex equity and executive compensation concepts into clear, actionable insights • Partner with executives and sponsors on equity strategy and executive compensation decisions • Develop executive-ready materials, scenario analyses, grant recommendations, and value narratives • Support the design and evolution of executive compensation programs, including equity and performance-based LTI • Lead executive compensation modeling, including dilution, MOIC outcomes, grant sizing, and payout scenarios • Prepare Compensation Committee and Board materials, including analysis, benchmarking, and presentations • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business, or related field required • 8+ years in compensation, with significant focus on equity/long-term incentive programs • Experience in private equity-backed or publicly traded environments strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience managing equity vendors and legal coordination • Deep expertise in equity compensation structures and administration • Strong analytical capability, including modeling and scenario analysis • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into plain English • High attention to detail and documentation discipline • Strong stakeholder management with senior executives • Experience with Equity Shift or similar platforms preferred • Familiarity with private equity terminology, such as MOIC and vesting structures, preferred • Exposure to governance, audit, and compliance frameworks preferred • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
