📋 Description

• Lead a large-scale commercial and industrial energy-efficiency program for a major utility client • Direct all phases of the client program from inception through completion • Serve as the primary client-facing leader and customer contact • Own program cost, implementation, performance, forecasting, and financial reporting • Participate in negotiation of contracts and contract changes • Coordinate business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions • Align the program approach with market trends, program goals, and client needs • Lead program review sessions with the client regarding cost, schedule, and performance • Develop new business or expand the program's scope with the client • Analyze program problems and opportunities and evaluate options • Evaluate performance and recommend program and marketing actions • Establish milestones, monitor plans and schedules, identify problems, and drive solutions • Determine profitability and viability of program enhancements • Develop strategies for effective program performance relative to market opportunity • Direct a cross-functional team spanning technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative functions • Lead process and tool improvement • Contribute to or lead contract creation and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Residency in Pennsylvania required • Candidates based in the Pittsburgh area strongly preferred; candidates elsewhere in Pennsylvania also considered • Relevant work experience plus 8+ years of project or program management experience • 5+ years of people management experience • Bachelor's degree required; MS or MBA preferred • Manage one large program, typically $5–10M in annual revenue without incentives, or a large portfolio of smaller client contracts • Contribute to or lead contract creation and execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction • Direct and coordinate a program team of roughly 50+ people across multiple functions • Direct people management experience with 2–5 direct reports plus contractors (ACWs) • Experience delegating to and developing a team • Comfort operating in strategic and/or high-complexity, high-risk programs • Experience leading process and tool improvement • Strong client-facing communication skills • Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting and financial reporting • May create technical content and intellectual property • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
