📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Live Programs engagements, especially complex, multi-session, multi-stakeholder engagements • Plan and lead partner-facing kickoff, recurring check-in, and debrief meetings • Build trust with partner main points of contact and represent CDI credibly • Serve as the primary liaison between CDI Educators and partners • Schedule Educators and ensure alignment with partner needs and CDI program standards • Coordinate participant communications, scheduling, pre- and post-program information, and inquiries • Lead continuous improvement of delivery and evaluation systems across Airtable, HubSpot, and Asana • Surface recurring issues and design workflow refinements for the broader delivery team • Revise Live Programs evaluation with the Research team to align measurement with CDI’s theory of change • Design and implement evaluation processes for complex engagements • Lead analytics work that turns program data into insights for delivery, curriculum design, and partner outcomes • Collaborate with Implementation, Partnerships, Education, and Culture Change teams • Support Educator training and release logistics for new and revised programs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within a learning and development or educational setting • Experience independently owning complex or multi-stakeholder projects • Confident and credible in partner-facing settings • Ability to lead external meetings, build trust with senior stakeholders, and represent an organization in relationship-defining conversations • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively • Strong process orientation with a track record of identifying workflow optimization and efficiency improvements • High attention to detail • Comfortable with data and evaluation and able to turn program data into insight • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use Google Suite, Zoom, HubSpot, Asana, and Airtable • Commitment to the mission and values of the Constructive Dialogue Institute
