📋 Description

• Serve as the operational right hand and proxy to the Head of Global Technical Enablement • Build the operating system for the organization and keep the business inspection-ready • Own the operating rhythm through leadership staff meetings, quarterly planning, and retrospectives • Partner with leadership to draft, cascade, and track OKRs • Govern the decision log, assigning owners and dates and following through on initiatives • Lead financial forecasting, budget tracking, and business case development for enablement infrastructure • Oversee platform renewals, vendor relationships, and the operational tech stack • Manage integration, provisioning, and access logistics for enablement platforms while ensuring security compliance • Maintain the continuously current business narrative covering organization, strategy, OKRs, metrics, risks, and wins • Convert dashboards and learner/course metrics into actionable leadership narratives • Prepare the Head of GTE for executive reviews, QBRs, skip-levels, and escalations • Represent the Head in forums and carry context and decisions between stakeholders • Coordinate between GTE pillar leads and Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Support • Execute cross-team operational shifts, integrations, and strategic rollouts across global dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, chief of staff roles, or technical program management, including direct support of senior leaders • Experience managing operational tech stacks, vendor relationships, and organizational budgets/OPEX or business cases • Ability to write and speak at a leadership altitude and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal direct authority • Ability to manage multiple complex threads, ensuring everything is documented and decisions result in action • Experience in an Office-of-the-CxO or as a dedicated right-hand to a senior leader in a high-tech environment preferred • Familiarity with cloud concepts such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, cybersecurity, technical lab environments, or developer platforms preferred • Experience with technical enablement, customer engineering, sales engineering, or customer success organizations preferred • Ability to operate in high ambiguity and invent structure as priorities shift across a distributed, global organization preferred • Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
