📋 Description

• Lead management and execution of all aspects of the IDIQ contract • Oversee task orders, staffing, performance, and customer engagement • Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders regarding program status, performance, and deliverables • Ensure compliance with applicable DoD and USSOCOM policies, procedures, and standards • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and subcontractors • Monitor and control budgets, schedules, and technical performance • Develop and deliver reports, briefings, and contractually required documentation • Identify and mitigate risks to contract performance and mission success • Provide business development and proposal support for new and existing task orders • Recruit incumbent personnel, conduct pricing analysis, respond to RFPs, perform teaming analysis, and execute capture responsibilities to secure new work

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience working in USSOCOM assigned organizations as a military member, government civilian, or contractor • 5+ years of Program Management experience on a DoD contract; experience must not have ended more than 12 months prior to proposal submission • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility • Master's degree in Program Management or any business-related field, OR graduate of a U.S. Military War College that issues a Master's Certificate and 10 years of total experience in Program Management, OR bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years of experience (15 years total) in USSOCOM assigned organizations • Direct experience managing Special Operations Forces (SOF) contracts preferred • Familiarity with USSOCOM headquarters and component commands, including JSOC, USASOC, NAVSPECWARCOM, AFSOC, MARSOC, and associated TSOCs preferred • Located within 50 miles of Tampa, Florida
