📋 Description

• Serve as the business owner for assigned states, accountable for long-term growth, profitability, customer retention, and market position • Establish strategic priorities, develop and execute plans, monitor results, and refine strategies • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, business drivers, regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics • Lead product, pricing, underwriting, risk management, and distribution initiatives • Serve as primary business liaison with state regulatory bodies and support filings, approvals, and regulatory engagement • Build partnerships across Product, Actuarial, Legal, Claims, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders • Develop data-driven business cases and recommendations • Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation • Navigate competing priorities and build alignment around critical business decisions • Coach, mentor, and develop talent to build a high-performing organization • Promote accountability, collaboration, trust, innovation, continuous learning, ownership, experimentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices • Improve business processes, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in insurance, product management, pricing, risk management, analytics, or a related business leadership role • Proven ability to lead complex business initiatives and drive measurable results • Strong financial acumen with experience interpreting P&Ls, business performance metrics, and market trends • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and gain alignment across diverse stakeholder groups • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams is a plus • Must possess authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
