📋 Description

• Drive development of Allstate Technology Solution (ATS) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned with enterprise strategy, business priorities, and technology priorities • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes • Drive day-to-day operational execution across ATS domains • Connect cross-functional leaders and teams to coordinate key activities and maintain alignment with business priorities • Proactively address operational issues and dependencies • Support OKR reporting and decision-making with senior leadership • Surface key wins, progress toward strategic priorities, and issues or gaps • Mature the ATS operating model • Feed operational execution insights into strategic planning and goal setting • Drive innovative approaches to defining, executing, and reporting progress toward strategic priorities • Travel to the Chicagoland office at least once per quarter for team meetings, collaboration, and business-related activities may be required

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Background investigation required • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
