📋 Description

• Exceed annual new business production, direct written premium, loss ratio, and other KPI goals • Manage agents in an assigned market to increase company market share through profitable growth • Position and promote National General insurance products to independent agency partners • Deliver the market’s annual growth, profitability, agency engagement, and new appointment execution plan • Serve as a field-facing company liaison to independent agencies and industry associations, driving business initiatives four days per week • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software • Create and review agency-specific short- and long-term strategic business plans with independent agents • Use production data and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, agency performance issues, and training or skill gaps • Increase quote and issuance flow in the assigned market • Gather market intelligence on competitors, brokers, and industry associations • Manage product and user integration with industry technology and comparative rating platforms • Collaborate with Product, Pricing, and Operations on stakeholder and risk analysis • Develop and maintain the market’s new agency appointment pipeline • Support National Accounts and Alternative Distribution Initiatives at the local market level • Coach new Territory Sales Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Experience with consultative selling • Knowledge of insurance products • Relationship-building skills • Strategic collaboration skills • Territory sales management skills • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating required for home work • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
