📋 Description

• Responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio goals. • Effectively manage the agents of an assigned market to increase company market share by driving profitable growth. • Positions and promotes full suite of National General Insurance products into Independent Agency Partners. • Key company liaison within assigned market to both independent agencies and industry associations. • Collaborates with Independent Agents to assist with creation of agency-specific short term and long-term strategic business plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Consultative Selling • Insurance Products • Relationship Building • Strategic Collaboration
