📋 Description
• Provides leadership and oversight of all financial aid programs and services of the Graduate School of Education. • Ensure high quality of service, efficiency in processing aid, and compliance with regulations. • Supervise a full-time staff of two. • Assist in recruiting new students and providing information to prospective students. • Oversee the Federal loan programs and administer scholarships.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressively more responsible experience in student financial aid and enrollment management in higher education. • Master’s degree required. • Strong leadership, analytic, management and people skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with Powerfaids student financial aid information system is a plus.
