📋 Description

• Review and screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and driving records • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews • Verify candidates' employment history, references, and credentials • Collaborate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand truck driver needs • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified truck drivers • Manage recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to truck driver recruitment • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records and hiring metrics • Provide regular recruitment progress reports and updates to management

🎯 Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work US working hours • Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial • Solid understanding of the trucking industry, including regulations, licensing requirements, and industry trends • Familiarity with different types of trucking positions, such as long-haul, local, or specialized driving, is beneficial • Ability to attract qualified candidates, conduct effective interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Effective organizational skills
