📋 Description

• Support critical MongoDB roles through strategic passive talent sourcing • Pivot to support new areas of MongoDB’s business as hiring needs arise • Provide full lifecycle recruitment support for technical and non-technical positions • Work with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent • Become an expert in the external market and a consultative talent advisor • Partner with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience • Support equitable and inclusive hiring by educating stakeholders on hiring best practices and unconscious bias • Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence research, and focused pipelining • Build and evolve long-term candidate engagement strategies • Maintain contact with a broad talent community for future roles

🎯 Requirements

• Passion and excitement for building a career in technical recruiting • Expertise in passive candidate sourcing for technical or sales-focused roles preferred but not required • Previous experience in a technology-focused organization is a plus • Strong knowledge of robust sourcing tactics and best practices • Creative, out-of-the-box sourcing techniques • Analytical mindset with ability to conduct autonomous research and use data to inform strategy and influence stakeholders • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Previous experience in high-volume business environments • Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities while navigating ambiguity • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Business-level fluency in English • Proficiency working in Greenhouse and Gem preferred but not required
