📋 Description

• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-term workforce plans aligned to business strategy and growth objectives • Analyze talent data, market trends, and internal capability gaps to provide insight-driven hiring strategies • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and emerging skill areas • Support organizational design and future-of-work initiatives • Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and/or complex roles, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and support candidate experience and hiring efficiency improvements • Drive innovative sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence and digital tools • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across hiring processes • Partner with local teams and the Early Careers Lead to design and manage regional early career programs • Build relationships with universities and external communities • Create structured development pathways for early talent • Lead or contribute to cross-functional talent initiatives while driving adoption of tools and processes • Lead and embed the regional implementation of the TA model • Ensure delivery against regional SLAs, KPIs, and improvement plans • Act as key regional contact for agencies and provide governance • Leverage analytics to track hiring metrics and provide insights and recommendations • Champion continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, and Workforce Planning • Experience in strategic and operational recruitment • Experience managing or partnering with vendors • Exposure to early careers or talent development • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
