📋 Description

• Identify opportunities and engage executive decision-makers • Qualify prospects and help convert opportunities into client engagements • Speak with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs, operating executives, and business owners • Build relationships and create opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of business development, sales, consulting, recruiting, or executive services experience • Experience selling professional services, consulting, advisory services, intelligence solutions, or other high-value B2B offerings preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable engaging C-level executives • Self-directed and results-oriented • Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, or related industries is a plus
