📋 Description

• Lead or support housing and community development planning studies for cities, counties, and regional planning agencies • Prepare or contribute to HUD Consolidated Plans, Annual Action Plans, and related citizen-participation / needs-assessment work products • Provide CDBG and related HUD grant administration technical assistance, including compliance, reporting, drawdowns, and program documentation • Design housing needs analyses, market / attainable-housing assessments, and actionable implementation recommendations • Facilitate stakeholder and public engagement sessions; produce clear client-ready reports and briefings • Contribute housing, community development, and grant-administration qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on housing, community development, or HUD / CDBG-related consulting or public-agency delivery • Ability to produce Consolidated Plan / housing plan / grant-admin TA work products for local or regional government clients • Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites • Prior HUD Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, or CDBG grant administration experience • Regional planning / MPO or COG housing and transportation study experience • Attainable / workforce / trust-fund housing program design or TA • Familiarity with Florida, Texas, Georgia, or Massachusetts local government procurement
