📋 Description

• Support HRIS and payroll-system pursuits and, when awarded, related implementation or assessment work • Review agency HR, time, payroll, and position-control processes against the proposed system • Plan configuration, parallel payroll testing, and conversion of employee and position data • Identify integrations with finance, timekeeping, and retirement or benefits vendors • Contribute system qualifications and past-performance narratives to proposals only when naming is authorized • Support agency payroll parallel runs and go-live readiness • Distinguish between implementations performed and work only advised on

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on HRIS or payroll-system implementation for an employer with complex pay rules, as a functional lead or senior consultant • Experience with employee data conversion, parallel payroll testing, and cutover • Familiarity with position control, time entry, and earnings and deduction setup • Able to name the HRIS or payroll product delivered • Comfortable as a 1099 project-based collaborator, with occasional client travel • Public-sector or school-system payroll experience, including bargaining-unit pay rules (nice to have) • Experience with more than one HRIS product, not only a single vendor (nice to have)
