📋 Description

• Develop and execute a social media strategy supporting global business and communications objectives and Alteryx’s reputation in workflow automation and agentic analytics • Set performance goals for follower growth, engagement, and share of voice across demand generation, brand, and thought leadership programs • Propose and execute 2–3 social-first campaigns per year • Maximize publicity and engagement around the McLaren Racing partnership through real-time and evergreen social content • Make final decisions on content for corporate social channels based on audience and brand priorities • Implement social-first programs and activations for priority events • Curate content and manage editorial calendars, copywriting, creative development, campaigns, and announcements • Apply AI tools and automations with appropriate human-in-the-loop checkpoints • Monitor global social conversations concerning Alteryx and its affiliates, including escalation and customer service • Support executives in shaping and maintaining their social media presences • Lead social media best practices and company training administration • Prioritize and manage requests for information, social amplification, and cross-functional support • Monitor benchmark trends and audience preferences using owned-account data • Manage unexpected communication challenges with judgment and professionalism • Collaborate with executives, internal and agency partners, creative teams, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in social media, digital media and/or external communications in the software industry, preferably for enterprise technology brands • Experience working with global brand, communications, public relations, analyst relations, and social teams • Experience contributing to a global communications strategy • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram • Current experience developing social media strategy and content • Experience managing publishing platforms such as Hootsuite • Experience reporting social media performance, KPIs, and optimization to internal stakeholders • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience presenting cohesive plans clearly and concisely to senior management • Strong creative writing skills • Understanding of the AI and analytics landscape • Preferred degree in business, marketing, communications, or journalism • Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls
