📋 Description

• Report to the Chief Product Officer as a core member of the product leadership team • Shape product vision and strategy for an AI-first, data-platform-first future • Convert product direction into a sequenced plan with real tradeoffs for engineering, sales, and customers • Own the user experience across onboarding, first-run, and everyday analyst workflows • Set experience standards with Design and maintain them under delivery pressure • Own the product side of competitive evaluations, including first-run, time-to-first-outcome, trial, and POC success • Drive the expansion path from an initial workflow to an enterprise footprint • Partner with Sales, SE, and Marketing to understand deal outcomes and close gaps • Shape pricing and packaging, make investment cases, and own commercial outcomes • Research the competitive market and engage directly with prospects and non-customers • Instrument the product and define key metrics, fostering evidence-based decision-making • Lead and mentor Directors and Product Managers • Build cross-functional partnerships with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, SE, and CX • Present to the executive leadership team monthly and support quarterly board preparation • Deliver measurable improvements in evaluation win rate, activation, time-to-first-outcome, POC conversion, new business, and customer expansion while maintaining the health of the current business

🎯 Requirements

• Senior product management leadership experience • Experience leading product management teams where product experience is a competitive advantage • Demonstrated results within the first year in a senior role at an operating organization • Experience being accountable for both business results and transformation • Experience shipping products that won competitive deals and materially influenced new-logo growth or expansion • Experience shipping and measuring a production AI feature, including evaluating performance and discontinuing features that failed in production • Experience owning commercial outcomes for a portfolio, including pricing, packaging, or investment cases • Experience leading leaders with executive-level cross-functional credibility • Familiarity with governance, lineage, and explainability expectations of regulated and data-mature enterprises • Working knowledge of cloud data platforms and their integration into analytics workflows • Experience leading globally distributed teams • Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls
