📋 Description

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and entities • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies • Assist with month-end close tasks, including accruals, prepaids, and journal entries • Maintain accurate, well-documented records to support audit readiness • Support intercompany transaction tracking between US and UK entities • Support billing and invoicing for US and UK entities across multiple currencies • Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, approval routing, and payment processing • Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives • Execute recurring month-end close tasks previously supported by external accounting advisors • Prepare and review deferred revenue schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 1–3 years of accounting experience • Exposure to accounts payable, billing, and reconciliations preferred • Experience with ERP/accounting software and Maxio • Familiarity with multi-currency or multi-entity accounting is a plus • Strong Excel skills • High attention to detail • Ability to manage deadlines across US/UK time zones • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Exposure to UK accounting/VAT basics is nice to have • Experience supporting month-end close in a small/mid-size company is nice to have
