• Conduct consultative sales meetings with prospective clients; • Identify and actively prospect new business opportunities in the real estate market; • Create personalized outreach via email, phone and WhatsApp to generate interest in the product; • Keep the CRM consistently updated with data and interaction history for leads; • Conduct consistent follow-ups to advance leads through the sales funnel; • Guide leads through to closing, executing all stages of the consultative sales funnel; • Collaborate with the SDR and onboarding teams to ensure an efficient buyer journey; • Exceed monthly targets for closed new business, contributing to the growth of the customer base.
• Proven experience in sales, including active prospecting and closing new clients; • Comfortable conducting remote sales meetings; • Knowledge of techniques such as SPIN Selling, GPCT or BANT is a plus; • Proficient with CRM tools and familiar with outbound sales funnels; • Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative and persuasive approach; • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Sales Management or related fields; • Reliable laptop and wired internet connection suitable for remote work.
