📋 Description

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for technical and professional positions supporting government contracts • Partner with hiring managers, program leaders, and business development teams to understand current and anticipated talent needs • Develop recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and hire highly qualified candidates • Recruit for technical roles in information technology, cybersecurity, software development, engineering, data analytics, systems administration, and other specialized disciplines • Adapt recruiting priorities based on contract awards, recompetes, program growth, and customer requirements • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Workday experience • Experience supporting a government contractor • Experience managing full life cycle recruiting for technical and professional positions • Strong sourcing capabilities • Excellent candidate relationship management skills • Attention to detail • Understanding of government contract recruiting requirements, including security clearances, labor categories, contract requirements, and applicable employment regulations • Ability to recruit across information technology, cybersecurity, software development, engineering, data analytics, systems administration, and other specialized disciplines
