📋 Description

• Manage the total equipment installation process at customer sites • Use hand tools and perform climbing, bending, stooping, and lifting • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical, electrical, control, and network systems • Complete daily status/service reports • Complete weekly expense reports • Operate applications and software and perform part programming • Use Amada applications software for line control and part programming • Train customers on equipment operation, applications, software, and part programming • Travel regularly within assigned territories • Report to the Regional Service Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control systems, and networks • Able to precisely follow layout drawings and blueprints used in equipment installation • Ability to communicate in the English language • Excellent customer relations and follow-through • Operation, applications, software, and part programming capabilities • Experience using Amada applications software for line control and part programming • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • A 4 yr degree in Electronics or a minimum of a 2 yr degree with related work experience preferred • Ability to analyze and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical, and electrical systems • Ability to use hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter, and oscilloscope • Working knowledge of computers and Windows OS • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings • Ability to provide service and support throughout the customer’s ownership of the machine • Routine travel within assigned territories with occasional overnight stays • Dallas Fort Worth, TX territory
