📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships • Understand customer and business needs related to financial and account services • Support accounts payable processes, invoice tracking, and payment coordination • Manage renewals, billing support, and retention risks • Identify opportunities for account growth and improved service delivery • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Support) to ensure smooth service • Track account health, financial activity, and performance metrics • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and account updates with clients • Resolve account and payment issues and escalate when necessary • Maintain accurate records in CRM and accounting systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, finance, accounting, or client services • Experience handling accounts payable or financial operations preferred • Experience managing client accounts or customer portfolios • Familiarity with CRM and accounting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, or similar) • Background in B2B, SaaS, finance, or operational support roles preferred
