📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical operations supporting remote patient monitoring and virtual care programs • Develop operational strategies for scalable clinical program delivery and improved patient outcomes • Ensure clinical operations align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements • Lead initiatives improving operational efficiency and clinical program performance • Oversee implementation and performance of clinical programs across multiple markets • Support clinical teams with efficient workflows, processes, and operational resources • Collaborate with medical leadership on effective care delivery models • Support expansion and scaling of clinical services • Evaluate and improve workflows for patient monitoring, care coordination, and intervention • Develop standardized operational procedures for clinical teams • Monitor clinical quality indicators and program outcomes • Establish operational metrics and KPIs; monitor performance data for trends and improvement opportunities • Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools • Support care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve system functionality and workflow integration • Partner with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams for successful program delivery • Contribute to strategic initiatives supporting organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10–12 years of healthcare leadership experience, including clinical operations management • Experience managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs preferred • Demonstrated experience improving clinical workflows and operational performance • Experience leading multi-site or multi-state clinical programs preferred • Strong analytical and operational leadership skills • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or care management systems • Experience with remote patient monitoring platforms • Experience with clinical workflow and documentation systems • Experience with data analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau or Power BI • Ability to lead distributed teams in a remote environment • Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulations
