📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical operations supporting Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and virtual care programs • Develop operational strategies for scalable clinical program delivery and improved patient outcomes • Ensure clinical operations align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements • Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and clinical program performance • Oversee implementation and performance of clinical programs across multiple markets • Support clinical teams with efficient workflows, processes, and operational resources • Evaluate and improve workflows for patient monitoring, care coordination, and intervention • Develop standardized operational procedures for clinical teams • Monitor clinical quality indicators and program outcomes • Establish operational metrics and KPIs for clinical program performance • Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools • Support use and integration of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies • Collaborate with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams on program delivery and organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10–12 years of healthcare leadership experience, including clinical operations management • Experience managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs preferred • Demonstrated experience improving clinical workflows and operational performance • Experience leading multi-site or multi-state clinical programs preferred • Strong analytical and operational leadership skills • Experience with healthcare technology platforms such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) or care management systems, remote patient monitoring platforms, clinical workflow and documentation systems, and data analytics and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) • Ability to lead distributed teams in a remote environment
