📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical operations supporting remote patient monitoring and virtual care programs • Develop operational strategies for scalable clinical program delivery and improved patient outcomes • Align clinical operations with organizational goals and regulatory requirements • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and clinical program performance • Oversee operational implementation and performance of clinical programs across multiple markets • Support clinical teams with efficient workflows, processes, and operational resources • Collaborate with medical leadership on effective care delivery models • Support expansion and scaling of clinical services • Evaluate and improve workflows for patient monitoring, care coordination, and intervention • Develop standardized operational procedures for clinical teams • Establish operational metrics and KPIs; monitor performance data and identify improvement opportunities • Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools • Support use and integration of care management systems, EHR platforms, and remote patient monitoring technologies • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve system functionality and workflow integration • Partner with Medical Directors, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure successful program delivery • Contribute to strategic initiatives supporting organizational growth • Ensure alignment with clinical quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10–12 years of healthcare leadership experience, including clinical operations management • Experience managing care management, population health, telehealth, or remote patient monitoring programs preferred • Demonstrated experience improving clinical workflows and operational performance • Experience leading multi-site or multi-state clinical programs preferred • Strong analytical and operational leadership skills • Healthcare clinical operations leadership • Clinical workflow design and process optimization • Strategic thinking and program development • Data-driven decision making and operational analytics • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to lead distributed teams in a remote environment • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or care management systems • Experience with remote patient monitoring platforms • Experience with clinical workflow and documentation systems • Experience with data analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar • Compliance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulations
