📋 Description

• Maintain and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including schedule logic, dependencies, milestones, critical path, float, constraints, and overall schedule health • Develop and maintain program-level schedules integrating maintenance activities, availability periods, material requirements, technical support, logistics, and other program dependencies • Provide long-range planning and forecasting to identify requirements, resource needs, material demand, SME support, and potential schedule conflicts • Coordinate schedule inputs and updates with the Project Management Team, Industrial Manager, OEMs, SMEs, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts, and other stakeholders • Analyze planned versus actual schedule performance and provide trends, forecast completion dates, critical activities, and downstream impacts • Identify schedule risks, constraints, and dependencies and support mitigation strategies • Develop recovery schedules and mitigation plans for delayed maintenance activities • Evaluate schedule impacts of availability changes, maintenance delays, material shortages, technical issues, and other disruptions • Support resource and workload forecasting for manpower, material, SME, and maintenance requirements • Provide schedule analysis, status updates, and planning data for program reviews, leadership briefings, reports, and customer meetings • Maintain schedule documentation, assumptions, planning inputs, and supporting records under document control requirements • Support scenario planning to evaluate maintenance sequences, resource allocations, and schedule recovery options • Attend program syncs and planning meetings and contribute to managing program schedule risks • Work with the Industrial Manager and Project Management Team to align maintenance activities, resources, dependencies, and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 3 years of planning, scheduling, project coordination, or program support experience • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet stringent deadlines • Organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work • Experience working independently, taking initiative, and coordinating with teams to analyze and resolve problems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment • Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to communicate schedule status, risks, constraints, and priorities in written and verbal formats • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to travel as required • Ability to obtain a United States Passport • Ability to obtain a secret U.S. government clearance if required • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance • Preferred: 5 years of relevant planning, scheduling, project controls, or program management support experience • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field • Preferred: Availability to work core business hours aligned with Eastern time zone • Preferred: Experience maintaining or analyzing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Preferred: Experience with critical path analysis, schedule logic, dependencies, float, milestones, schedule health, and recovery planning • Preferred: Experience supporting complex maintenance or infrastructure programs • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Project or comparable software • Preferred: Experience coordinating with OEMs, SMEs, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts, and Program Management • Preferred: Experience preparing schedule analysis, forecasts, performance reports, and leadership briefings
