📋 Description

• Report to the District Manager, Gastroenterology • Engage Gastroenterologists and other key customers within an assigned geographical universe • Present clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue • Consistently deliver product goals and exceed forecasts and expectations • Follow Regeneron policies and policies governing promotion of pharmaceutical and biologic products in the US • Develop strategy and execute tactics within key Gastroenterology accounts to generate product utilization • Develop working relationships with experts, Gastroenterologists, nurses, office staff, healthcare personnel and patient advocacy support groups • Collaborate with district colleagues, alliance counterparts, field-based teams and home office personnel • Address customer needs, market dynamics and trends • Develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives • Participate in and help lead industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience • Minimum of 2 years selling in the Gastroenterology market and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market • Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience • Advanced clinically-based selling skills • Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments • High degree of integrity and ability to operate within compliance guidelines • Proven success navigating and demonstrating positive impact with large groups, institutional settings, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers • Proven track record of success with product launches • Passion and learning aptitude for science • Proactive in strengthening knowledge related to disease-state, treatment options and healthcare trends • Experience with in-servicing and training office staff, nurses and office managers • Ability to partner and collaborate with other internal field teams and alliance partners • Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories • Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications a plus
