📋 Description

• Lead high-level technical waste disposal support • Support development of bid materials by working with sales managers • Coordinate complex processes with customer service and operations staff to ensure acceptance and disposal of waste • Work with multiple departments to determine proper, safe, and legal treatment of hazardous waste • Troubleshoot technical issues with cross-functional teams • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, deliver customized solutions, and ensure satisfaction • Meet with clients to discuss complex waste management solutions • Analyze laboratory results and safety data sheets • Compile technical data into comprehensive reports • Coordinate communications responding to customer inquiries • Investigate hazardous waste regulations and aid in waste classification • Evaluate treatment options and comply with transportation guidelines • Provide solutions meeting quality and regulatory standards • Perform technical evaluations and facilitate communication between departments • Maintain customer pricing records • Support customer retention and business development

🎯 Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experience in waste disposal, chemistry, or a related field providing technical expertise • Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to detect inconsistencies in data • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Keen organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documentation, technical procedures, and governmental regulations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting findings in a concise format • Negotiation and problem-solving skills • Ability to work within a team environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously • Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer
