📋 Description

• Understand and leverage internal Registration business processes, policies, and procedures • Use the ONEReg audit tool to conduct thorough audits of teammates’ work for accuracy and process adherence • Execute coaching and feedback sessions to support professional growth and improve performance • Provide timely, accurate, detailed results reporting to teammates and leadership • Maintain detailed records of audits and coaching sessions • Identify trends and guide targeted workshops to improve department accuracy and efficiency • Coordinate BDP updates and develop new processes based on team opportunities or industry changes • Foster continuous improvement, best practices, and proactive problem-solving • Adapt to different communication and learning styles • Learn and apply new or complex concepts • Collaborate effectively with the team and help teammates achieve department accuracy metrics • Practice active listening and receive feedback from peers and leadership • Provide ad hoc research and special-project support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of internal Registration processes and BDPs and DaVita Policies and Procedures • Demonstrates self-awareness through EQ and Relationship management; understands how behavior affects others and uses empathy to manage interactions successfully • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion and exercise sound judgment regarding teammate performance, metrics, and internal business relationships • Passion for driving team success and supporting teammate development • High learning agility and natural curiosity for continuous learning • High attention to detail with commitment to accurate results • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook • Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled • Minimum of two years of revenue cycle experience with emphasis on Registration/Insurance Verification (preferred) • Experience in training, coaching, auditing, or process development (preferred) • Knowledge or experience working with a variety of healthcare insurance payers (preferred)
