📋 Description

• Support new manufacturing partner integration into the OrderMesh platform from kickoff through go-live • Coordinate integrations across Product, Engineering, and manufacturing partners • Maintain visibility into integration status, blockers, and progress across the network • Track platform issues and bugs affecting integration and follow up with Engineering on remediation • Flag and escalate timeline, scope, and quality risks • Maintain integration documentation and repeatable onboarding playbooks • Manage carrier/vendor shipping account setup and troubleshooting • Monitor shipping performance and identify recurring problems for root-cause resolution • Help maintain vendor cost data for pricing, margin, and quoting decisions • Monitor partner cost changes, flag anomalies, and organize cost documentation • Maintain the vendor contract tracker, including key terms, renewal dates, and SLA commitments • Support vendor scorecards and performance management covering quality, reliability, responsiveness, and SLA adherence • Maintain performance data and reporting for tiering, routing, and catalog decisions • Surface chronic or high-impact vendor performance issues • Support relationship management and daily coordination with third-party vendors • Partner with Sales and Network teams on sourcing, product expansion, and customer programs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting vendor/supplier coordination, procurement, or logistics operations, ideally in fulfillment, ecommerce, or a marketplace/platform environment • Track record supporting cross-functional integration or onboarding projects with multiple external and internal stakeholders • Comfort working with shipping, cost, and contract data • Ability to read a rate card or an SLA exhibit and understand what matters • Proactive approach to creating visibility, resolving blockers, and keeping vendors and internal partners accountable • Strong written and verbal communication for vendor-facing and internal cross-functional work • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
