• Maintain organization and distribution of project documents, plan sets, and specifications onsite and on Procore • Assist with inventory control of instrumentation, valves, and equipment • Assist onsite CMs with jobsite trailer organization and daily activities • Support project and contractor coordination and scheduling across multiple projects • Assist site CMs/PMs with overall QA/QC • Enter daily reports and photos on Procore • Process RFIs and construction submittals and track timely responses • Attend project meetings and create/distribute meeting notes • Gather information and issue change orders to subcontractors and client representatives • Assist with maintaining project schedules and communicating with subcontractors • Provide project status updates to Managers • Issue bid packages to vendors and subcontractors • Analyze proposals and support bidder selection • Track vendor and subcontractor progress • Assist with procurement of city, county, or state permits • Assist with budget tracking and planning • Foster positive business relationships with all parties • Travel to project sites to support construction operations as needed • Perform other jobsite duties as required
• High School diploma or an equivalent • Minimum of five (5) years project experience in construction projects, preferably related to energy, renewable natural gas, power generation or the industrial area • Advanced computer applications skills (Microsoft), including Project Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam • Experience in developing project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project • Proven ability to work as part of a team and act quickly with minimal supervision • Demonstrated ability to interact and work with multi-functional teams including contractors, engineers, equipment vendors, customers and regulators • Excellent organization skills including ability to effectively work on multiple projects • Strong verbal, written, computer and communication skills • Willingness to grow, learn, and develop new skills • Valid Driver License issued by state of residence and in good standing • Procore experience is preferred • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
