📋 Description

• Deliver class and/or clinical instruction according to an approved course syllabus using accepted and effective teaching methods • Develop daily lesson plans • Advise and tutor students • Maintain current and accurate attendance and grade records • Remain current in the applicable program teaching field • Participate in faculty meetings, professional growth activities, and two annual in-service training sessions • Participate in college activities including in-services, faculty meetings, student functions, graduation exercises, open houses, new student orientations, and advisory board meetings • Provide quality instruction supporting student achievement of course and program objectives, student retention, and preparation for entry-level healthcare positions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of occupational experience in the subject field or closely related field • At least two (2) years of full-time clinical experience in diagnostic radiography • Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience in the subject areas taught or prior formal training in instructional methodology and teaching skills • Baccalaureate degree from a qualified institution • Professional credential from a nationally recognized and accredited certifying agency, if applicable • Graduate from a radiography program accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education or Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or an otherwise recognized training entity such as a hospital-based program • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography • Current CPR Card
